Production Lead Time 

All jewelry at Gemcrafted is produced by hand, one piece at a time. Most orders currently go out in 1-3 business days.  

*If it's an emergency, send me a message and we'll work something out to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, once in the hands of the carrier, the actual delivery time will depend on their service.

Shipping Orders are shipped for free within the U.S. using USPS First Class Mail with tracking and insurance.

• International Shipping is currently not available. I hope to offer it soon! I apologize for the inconvenience.  

Priority Mail upgrades are available. 

• Orders over 75$ get a free USPS Priority Mail upgrade (tracking and insurance are included)   

Once tracking information is provided and an item is handed over to the carrier, please check with the carrier for shipping updates. Please note that transit times may vary. 

Return Policy

Since each item is handmade, depending on the design and variance in the natural materials, the appearance may vary slightly between multiple pieces of a particular design and will be noted in the product description. (This is what makes each piece unique and special!)

If you are not happy with an item:

Contact me within 5 days of delivery to arrange the return. The item should be shipped back within 7 days with a tracking number. A refund will be issued upon receipt of tracking information. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Unfortunately, custom orders cannot be returned. I am happy to work with you if there's an issue to resolve.
