For hygienic reasons, jewelry that is returned should not have been worn.
For domestic orders, you may return regular stock items within 15 days from the date of delivery if you are unhappy with it. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Please return item in the original packaging.
*Customized/Personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive in damaged condition.*
I want you to be happy with your purchase so I do ask for a chance to rectify the issue, but if it's just a case where you don't want it, you have 15 days to return it from the date of delivery confirmation and you will be refunded upon receipt of the goods.
*International orders are an exception and have 30 days from the date of delivery.
You may cancel an order prior to shipping. If you intended to cancel but did not do so in time, it will be treated as a return.
If you need to exchange an item (wrong size, different color, etc.) let me know. You will be charged for shipping and handling.
Insurance claims will be submitted for lost items and those damaged through shipping.
For lost items, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost once I've submitted an insurance claim with the carrier.
For damaged items, please send proof in the form of photos that show the packaging. A claim will be submitted with the carrier and you will have the option of a full refund or a replacement item.
Please note: If an item was one-of-a-kind or no longer available, a refund will be issued in either circumstance.
